1 Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the maga platform and all users of its services. In this document, "maga", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the magabet.cam website and its Android and iOS applications.

"User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who is registered or attempting to register on this platform. Accessing, browsing or using any service on the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all maga services — online casino, sports betting, live casino, slots and any other gaming products. They also cover the platform's payment processes, bonus programmes and customer support services.

1.1 Relationship with Other Policies

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines apply with equal weight. Where a specific game or promotion has its own separate terms, those terms operate as a supplement to these main Terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on maga, members must provide accurate and current information. If information provided at registration is found to be false, incomplete or misleading, maga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account at any time.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts — under the same name, a different name or using another person's identity — the balances of all associated accounts may be forfeited and membership may be permanently cancelled.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, maga may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include copies of a national ID card, passport or driving licence. If a member does not complete the verification process, withdrawal or bonus claim requests may be placed on hold.

2.3 Updating Registration Information

If a member's registered mobile number, email or payment method changes, they must update that information promptly. maga is not responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on the maga platform are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. It is strictly prohibited for any underage person to open or use an account, or to act as an intermediary on behalf of another person.

If maga establishes that a member provided false information about their age at registration, that account will be closed immediately and the platform reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in that account.

• The minimum age to register is 21.
• Users accessing the service from outside Bangladesh are responsible for complying with their local laws.
• Persons who are currently self-excluded or subject to a gaming ban may not create an account.

4 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing third parties to access the account or sharing login details is strictly prohibited.

If a member suspects any unauthorised access or security breach, they must notify the maga customer support team immediately. Support is available 24/7 in both Bangla and English via live chat or email.

4.1 OTP and Two-Factor Verification

maga may use OTP-based verification to enhance security. OTP codes sent to a member's registered mobile number are for that member's use only. If an OTP is shared with anyone else, the member is solely responsible for any resulting loss.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

Specific rules apply to sports betting and casino gaming on maga. Each game or betting market has its own operating rules, which are detailed in the guidelines for that game or section.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless maga itself cancels it due to a specific technical error. If the outcome of any bet becomes uncertain due to a system failure, it will be settled at maga's discretion.

7.2 Manipulation and Match Fixing

If evidence is found of manipulating the outcome of any event or using inside information for an unfair advantage, all related bets will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

7.3 Collective Betting Limits

maga reserves the right to set the total amount of bets accepted on any single event. Large bets may be subject to a verification process before being accepted.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity of the maga platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses multiple times using multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or selling account access.
• Operating games using software bots, automation tools or any artificial means.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or any unlawful financial activity through maga.
• Threatening, harassing or spreading misleading information about other members.

If any of the above activities are proven, maga reserves the right to forfeit the balance of the account concerned and permanently close it. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

maga reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly if evidence of a breach of these Terms is found. If such a decision is made, an attempt will be made to notify the member by email.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account may do so by contacting customer support. If there are incomplete wagering requirements at the time of closure, the associated bonus will be cancelled. Any remaining balance from the original deposit will be returned.

9.2 Self-Exclusion
